ISSA (International Sailing School Association) has chosen Sail in Asia to be responsible for assisting in the opening of all new ISSA sea schools in Asia. SIA can provide you with the Training of new Instructors, a robust and rigorous health & safety policy as well focused operations document (policy and procedures).

Choosing suitable boats and equipment as well as organising a sailing base and on land teaching facilities is no easy task. Our consultation service ensures you consider everything from students to staff, at your new school. What about storage facilities and a workshop. Who will do administration and who can be relied upon for servicing all sorts of equipment.

Sail in Asia can provide you with the necessary high quality Instructor Training for your school. Your new ISSA training school must have Instructor Presentations for every course and Student Exercises for every element of the course. Evaluation materials, Course handbooks (our forte), Course Exercises and Assessments plus, end of course Student Evaluations / Exams.

All this well considered management processes can be provided by SIA, so setting up a school is far less problematic and secure for both the Certification body (ISSA) and the new School.
